Three colors appear on screen. The narrator calls out the name of a color, and when your child taps the correct color it transforms into the character from the award-winning Meet the Colors DVD. Pros and cons of Meet the Colors app for iPhone and iPad
Meet the Colors app good for
She squeals with glee when we give her the phone with any of the preschool prep apps on it. My only complaints are the blank pauses between her getting the item correct and the cheering characters, and the occasional crashes/game freezes. Whenever it crashes (which is most frequent on numbers), she has a concerned look on her face & hands me back my phone. However, we are anxiously awaiting the sight word apps.
My 2 year old loved this app! It is one of her favorites & it is quickly helping her learn her colors. She is also talking more since she has been playing this, repeating the colors as the voices do. I highly recommend this app :)
My son loves all the preschool prep aps. But Im constantly having to restart the game as he hits "back" by accident and very quickly ends up at the ap store. Please put some child lock of some sort on both the "back" button as well as redirection to the ap store.
My son loves when the color comes to life and does an activity! I highly recommend this app, very worth the money. Works great on iPhone 4s (and also on my previous iPhone 4, never have had a crashing problem)
Some bad moments
My autistic son loves this app but gets so frustrated when it crashes. And it crashes almost every time. Please fix this!!!!!
Ever since the new update, all of these preschool prep apps force close after the first question. Fix please!! Was great before
It the "home button" is pressed in the middle of the animation, when you try to go back in, its FROZEN and theres NOTHING you can do about it!!! My daughter is 14 months so she likes pressing buttons! I really wish that there was something to be done about that freezing issue.
Every time you leave the app it freezes. Every time. I need a refund. I have to restart my phone every time the kid stops using it. Refund please
Too easy to swipe back to menu. My son is constantly swiping back to the menu which causes two scenes to overlap each other.
